My background is in Cognitive Science. I completed both a BSc(Hons) and PhD in Psychology at the University of Warwick. Throughout these courses I carried out statistical analysis and wrote software. The software languages I use are R, HTML, Javascript, Python and C.
My role as an academic technologist is to support the use of technology in teaching and research at CIM. I design and teach the lab sessions for IM902: Approaches to the Digital and IM904: Digital Objects, Digital Methods and support the IM921 Visualiation labs. I also provide R workshops teaching programming and basic statistical methods for Q-STEP. I develop software tools and maintain the CIM Linux servers.
